1. Scope of this Agreement

This document governs the Terms and Conditions of using this application called "Simple Log" between

further referred to as “the developer”

and

the user of the application "Simple Log" by Worldpixel Software

as of 01.06.2023

2. Agreement and License

This application is a proprietary software product in the ownership of the developer.
Except with approval by the developer users and or third parties may therefore not:

reproduce, copy or use any of the source code provided within the application
retrieve keys from the application or reverse engineer parts of it except for the purpose of penetration testing and reporting security issues
redistribute any single part of the application that is proprietary to the application or the developer for the purpose of generating any kind of income

The developer reserves all rights for the application.

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and noninfringement. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders be liable for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the software or the use or other dealings in the software.

By using the application, the user agrees to these conditions. If a third party does not use the application, it agrees to these conditions by handling any kind of files belonging to or associated with this application.
