Terms and Conditions for Software Support

1. Scope of this Agreement

This document governs the Terms and Conditions of software support services between

Worldpixel Software, owned by Konstantin Ludwig,

further referred to as “the developer”

and

the user of this service for products sold by Worldpixel Software

as of 01.06.2023

2. Agreement

As a software company Worldpixel Software will give its users the opportunity to report any problems arising with the software in question. Therefore it might be necessary to send specific data to the developer that logs user activity within the software and collects specific system information. This data will be anonymized as much as possible and then be transmitted to the developer by means of email.

If it is necessary to collect other information that is personal data, the developer will store this data securely on his machines and keep it only as long as necessary to resolve the respective issue.
Personal data like names and contact information will only be used to provide technical software support and nor for any other purpose e.g. marketing.

However to resolve certain arising software issues it might be necessary to provide information sent by the user to the developer to a third party. Again this information will be anonymised as much as possible and only the necessary information will be shared with third parties. If any personal data needs to be shared with third parties because of unforeseen circumstances, the user will be asked for his approval by the developer.
Furthermore, if we become aware about any leaked personal information, we will inform the user and all affected individuals as soon as practically possible.

3. What are your data protection rights?

Data collected, stored, updated and deleted will be processed in accordance with the EU GDPR regulations. Our Company would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights.
Every user is entitled to the following:

  • The right to access - You have the right to request for copies of your personal data from Worldpixel Software.
  • The right to rectification - You have the right to request that Worldpixel Software corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request Worldpixel Software to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
  • The right to erasure - You have the right to request that Worldpixel Software erases your personal data, under certain conditions. Data stored locally on your device will be deleted by uninstalling the application.
  • The right to restrict processing - You have the right to request that Worldpixel Software restricts the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to object to processing - You have the right to object to Worldpixel Software's processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
  • The right to data portability - You have the right to request that Worldpixel Software transfers the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
